Daly BMS, a prominent Battery Management System (BMS) manufacturer, recently completed a 20-day after-sales service mission across Morocco and Mali in Africa. This initiative demonstrates Daly's commitment to providing hands-on technical support for global clients.
In Morocco, Daly engineers visited long-term partners who utilize Daly's home energy storage BMS and active balancing series. The team conducted on-site diagnostics, testing battery voltage, communication status, and wiring logic. They resolved issues such as inverter current anomalies (initially mistaken for BMS faults) and State of Charge (SOC) inaccuracies caused by poor cell consistency. Solutions included real-time parameter calibration and protocol adjustments, with all procedures documented for future reference.



In Mali, the focus shifted to small-scale home energy storage systems (100Ah) for basic needs like lighting and charging. Despite unstable power conditions, Daly engineers ensured BMS stability through meticulous testing of each battery cell and circuit board. This effort underscores the critical need for reliable BMS in resource-limited settings.
The trip covered thousands of kilometers, reinforcing Daly's "Rooted in China, Serving Globally" ethos. With products sold in over 130 countries, Daly emphasizes that its BMS solutions are backed by responsive technical service, building trust through professional on-site support.
