On November 2–3, 2026, DALY Tech Academy, in collaboration with its Indian partner ARB Accessories, successfully hosted the 2026 Lithium Battery Assembly & Technology Exchange at Sharda University in Greater Noida, India.
Conducted entirely in English, the event brought together professionals from India's lithium battery industry, as well as engineering faculty members and students from local universities. It offered comprehensive technical insights and hands-on demonstrations tailored to real-world applications and operating conditions in the Indian market.
Strong Industry Response: Over 300 Participants Gather from Across India
The event attracted more than 300 participants, with the venue filled to capacity. Many attendees traveled from different cities specifically to take part in the exchange, reflecting the growing demand for skilled technical professionals amid the rapid expansion of India's lithium battery industry.
Strengthening China-India Collaboration: Bringing Industry and Academia Together
At the opening ceremony, Kitty Xu, General Manager of DALY, delivered the welcome address, officially kicking off the event.
Bridging Theory and Practice: Technical Insights and Standardized Battery Pack Assembly
The event adopted an integrated approach combining technical instruction with hands-on practice, featuring four key sessions: technical presentations, live demonstrations, industry discussions, and practical lithium battery pack assembly.
The sessions covered a comprehensive range of topics, including the physical characteristics of battery cells, fundamental BMS (Battery Management System) principles, key considerations in BMS hardware architecture, battery pack assembly procedures, and the identification and troubleshooting of common battery system faults.
DALY's professional technical team provided step-by-step guidance throughout the practical sessions, demonstrating key assembly processes and helping participants gain first-hand experience with lithium battery pack assembly.
With a particular focus on real-world applications in India's two- and three-wheeled electric vehicle (EV) markets and residential energy storage systems, the sessions highlighted proper assembly and wiring practices, standardized installation procedures, and common production-related risks.
By combining theoretical explanations with hands-on assembly exercises, DALY's technical experts shared practical engineering experience and actionable solutions, enabling participants to better understand the technical principles and apply them in their own projects.
Interactive Discussions and Knowledge Exchange
Dedicated time was also set aside for industry discussions and interactive Q&A sessions.
Participants actively raised questions based on challenges encountered in their own projects and practical operations, engaging in in-depth exchanges with DALY's technical instructors. The open and engaging discussions provided an excellent opportunity for participants to share experiences, explore technical challenges, and gain practical insights.
Exclusive Event Gifts and Memorable Moments
To make the event even more memorable, DALY and ARB Accessories prepared exclusive co-branded gifts for participants, including DALY × ARB vests, notebooks, and tote bags.
The organizers also provided authentic local Indian lunches, along with interactive session giveaways such as USB flash drives and power banks, adding to the warm and engaging atmosphere throughout the event.
Participants who successfully completed the two-day training program were awarded Certificates of Participation in recognition of their involvement.
In addition, the DALY Tech Academy instructor team received commemorative certificates from Sharda University in recognition of their contribution as guest instructors.
Empowering the Global Lithium Battery Industry Through Localized Technical Training
Looking ahead, DALY will continue to expand its localized technical training programs in overseas markets, working closely with partners worldwide to share professional expertise, strengthen local technical capabilities, and contribute to the high-quality development of the global lithium battery industry.
