DALY performs "Business Process Analysis(BPA)", "Specific Operation Steps · Management Design", "Extraction of Problem Points in Design and Manufacturing and Implementation of Measures" and "Implementation of Operation Key Points" for all employees in the production base, to make sure DALY employees can understand our own role in the production process, operation methods and execution status to ensure that every DALY BMS has achieved "zero defects".
